Inclusivfit

About

Community Interest company

Inclusivfit is a community interest company (CIC) incorporated in 2023.  We reinvest any profits into the business to help provide free wellness activities.

Our social objective is to remove all barriers to fitness participation.  Barriers are not just monetary but they are fear of exercising alone, not feeling a sense of belonging and lack of motivation.

Inclusivfit has two key initiatives:

1)Inactivity to parkrun - To improve the wellbeing of specific groups referred by medical health professionals by introducing activity and community.

These supportive groups sessions will prepare individuals for parkrun.  By bridging this gap between inactivity and parkrun, Inclusivfit will get more people active and will keep them active through parkrun as a free, fully sustainable model to help keep them on their wellbeing journey.

On offer will be a 6 week block. The first 5 weeks will help build up to a 5km walk or run.  Each session will be lead by an Inclusivfit Leader and will be followed by a coffee and chat.  The 6th session will be at a local parkrun where we will complete the 5km as a group.

2) Corporate wellness retreats - To improve employee wellbeing through our specialist wellness retreats

Burnout, stress, isolation and disillusionment are increasing trends in many organisations.  With the sudden shift to home working, to the economic crisis and increasing disillusionment with the world, our employees need help more than ever.

Our retreats are employee centric.  We hit reset.  We nurture.  We ground.  We provide visualization and goal setting, forest bathing, mindfulness, cold water exposure, walking and running.  Our retreats are ground breaking.  By the end of the retreat, your employees will feel relaxed, rejuvenated, inspired and ready to face the world.
